Ready-to-move in Rajkot: Is it even worth the premium?

Everyone says RTM is safer, but honestly, what are we even getting in Rajkot? My family needs a 3BHK near good schools like in Mota Mava or University Road. Ready projects are either super expensive, ya phir quality mein compromise. Under-construction ka wait karna padega, but at least we can get a better deal and sometimes even influence finishes. For kids' future, I'm thinking UC is still the way to go despite the risks. Builder like Maruti Group ka track record acha hai. Change my mind.
