Totally agree with you, bhai! Renting is just throwing money away. My landlord just increased rent for the third time in two years. I'm also looking at Royal Residency, the designs look so good, but that 2026 possession date is scary. NS Prime View Extension sounds safe, but will I regret not getting the 'fancy' stuff later? This decision is giving me sleepless nights, yaar.
