Ready to move is always better than under-construction, right?
Okay I'll be honest – I'm so confused between SKA Orion and PKS Town Central. Need a bigger 3BHK for the kids you know. Orion is under construction, but the price looks good. PKS Town Central is ready to move, which my wife is pushing for. But is it worth the extra cost? Kya kisi ko pata hai about the builder trust factor for SKA? Heard some mixed reviews, honestly not sure. Also, school proximity is important. Has anyone compared the school options near both projects? I'm also thinking about resale value later. Which one would be better for a 5-year appreciation? Any thoughts? I'm leaning towards ready to move, but the price difference is making me think twice. It's a big decision यार! Should I just go with the safer option?

Totally get it, yaar! RTM sounds so safe and peaceful, especially with kids. My wife also wants RTM, but budget mein toh under-construction hi fit ho raha hai for a decent 3BHK. That price difference is always the killer. Is the peace of mind really worth shelling out so much extra for PKS Town Central?
