Ready to move is always better than upcoming, right? Fight me!
Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 75, thinking of upgrading. Amrapali Crystal Homes is ready, but Ekanam by Great Value looks fancy. Is the price jump worth it for Ekanam? Kya kisi ko pata hai about Ekanam's builder reputation? Also, ready-to-move mein resale value toh better hi hoti hai, right?

Okay, point taken about upcoming projects. But the original post says Amrapali Crystal Homes is 'ready'. How is that possible if its RERA UPRERAPRJ14023 shows possession date as 2025-12-01? This is confusing for us first-timers. Kya yeh builder phirse delay karne wala hai?
Achha question hai! Yes, Amrapali Crystal Homes ka RERA possession date 2025-12-01 hai. Technically, it's not 'ready-to-move' yet if you go by the RERA date. Builders sometimes market properties as 'ready' if construction is mostly done, but completion certificate aur other formalities mein time lagta hai. Always check RERA portal directly, don't just rely on marketing material.
Bhai, upcoming projects toh ek game of patience hai. Ready-to-move is always better, especially for first-time buyers like us. Builder ne date extend kar di, phir quality issue, phir paisa phasega. Ekanam ke naam pe Great Value sunke hi darr lag raha hai, unka track record kuch khaas nahi hai. Ready-to-move mein at least you know what you're getting.
Haan bhai, same experience. Upcoming ka risk bahut zyada hai.
Totally agree with this! Mera ek friend ne ek upcoming project mein book kiya tha Alistonia Estate mein, 2018 mein. Aaj tak possession nahi mila hai, aur builder ne toh phone uthana bhi band kar diya hai. Uska saara savings phass gaya. Ready-to-move mein thoda premium de do, but at least you sleep peacefully. Ekanam jaisi companies pe trust karna mushkil hai.
