Ready to move is king; under construction is too risky
Okay I'll be honest -- under construction projects give me anxiety. Capital Metro Height is ready to move, right? Peace of mind, OC clear. Adarsh Group Hindon Vihar is still developing. I'm seeing possession delays everywhere. Plus, carpet area efficiency is key. I've heard Hindon Vihar's layout isn't great. Metro connectivity is important too. Which project is closer, guys? I need easy access for my commute. Anyone have experience with either? What's the real PLC they charged?

Yaar, I totally get where you're coming from. Ready-to-move projects are definitely less headache. My biggest fear is getting stuck with an under-construction project for years. But Capital Metro Height, you said it's COMPLETED? I checked online, it shows possession date as Oct 2025. That's confusing, right? How can it be completed but possession is still two years away? OC clear bhi kaise hoga then? This is exactly why I'm so nervous about booking anything.
