₹90 lakh for a 2BHK in Sector 150 seems tempting. I'm based in Dubai and can't do site visits myself. Is ready-to-move truly the only safe option for NRIs given the RERA issues? Or are under-construction projects by builders like Godrej still worth the risk for better appreciation? Also, are advertised rental yields actually achievable there?
