Ready to move is the only way to go.

Kids have moved out, so I'm downsizing. Resale se jo paisa aayega, thinking of investing in Noida. Omson Developers mein dekh raha hu. Should I go for ready to move near a good hospital? Or is under construction still a better ROI even with delays? What do you think?
