Ready to move is the only way to go in Noida, fight me
I'm so fed up of renting, landlord raised rent AGAIN! I'm finally taking the plunge. I'm looking at ready-to-move options. Jaypee Augusta Town Home vs SM Skycon Heights... anyone has experience? Skycon seems cheap, but is it cheap for a reason? Augusta is safer, right? Need advice!

Yaar, I'm so fed up of renting. Landlord ne rent phir se badha diya! Finally taking the plunge to buy my own place in Noida. Looking at ready-to-move options only, no more waiting game. Specifically, I'm stuck between Jaypee Augusta Town Home and SM Skycon Heights. Anyone here has experience with either? Skycon seems too cheap, which makes me suspicious. Augusta feels safer, but is it really worth it? Need advice from you experienced folks!
