Ready to move is the ONLY way to go in Noida now. Agree?

Kids have moved out, so I'm selling my big house. Looking at Mangalya Novena Green and JMDR Arihant Green. Novena is pricier, but ready. Arihant is completed too, but tbh, the maintenance charges seem high after talking to residents. Which is the better long-term society? What does the community think?

Ready to move is the ONLY way to go in Noida now. Agree? Mera toh pakka opinion hai. Pata nahi kitne saal aur wait karna padta agar under-construction mein booking karta. Pehle ek project mein fas gaya tha, 3 saal extra lag gaye. Us time se hi decide kar liya tha ki next time, chahe budget thoda stretch ho, ready property hi leni hai. Mental peace ka koi mol nahi hai bhai.
