Ready to move is the ONLY way to go in Noida now. Agree? Mera toh pakka opinion hai. Pata nahi kitne saal aur wait karna padta agar under-construction mein booking karta. Pehle ek project mein fas gaya tha, 3 saal extra lag gaye. Us time se hi decide kar liya tha ki next time, chahe budget thoda stretch ho, ready property hi leni hai.
