I'm done with under-construction projects. ACE Group promised much in Sector 95, but delayed possession. Never again! From my experience, ready-to-move gives peace of mind. What's your take? Noida Extension mein bhi same haal hai kya? Should I consider a resale flat instead? Is the resale market healthy?
