Stellar One or Antriksh Aralis? Antriksh is ready, right? I'm fed up of renting. Has anyone compared carpet area in both? Also, which one has better resale value, koi idea hai?

EMI aur rent dono de rahe the. Us se achha hai thoda zyada deke ready-to-move le lo. At least ghar toh haath mein hoga.
U5, carpet area ke liye RERA website check karo. Builders ko ab exact carpet area mention karna mandatory hai.

U1, Stellar One ka possession date toh RERA (UPRERAPRJ6209) pe 2020-09-30 dikha raha tha. But uska status abhi bhi 'null' dikhata hai. Kya scene hai wahan? Ready hai ya nahi?
