Been looking for 8 months now and it's getting exhausting. Anchal Silver Oak Tower's quoted price feels okay, but what's the *real* total cost after PLC, interiors, and stamp duty? Property Neelkanth Apartment is cheaper on paper, but I'm worried about hidden charges there too. For a first-time buyer, is the per sqft difference truly worth it?

Exactly bhai! I'm stuck between these two as well. Anchal Silver Oak ka price theek lagta hai but PLC, parking, maintenance, sab mila ke kitna upar chala jayega, soch ke hi darr lagta hai. Property Neelkanth mein dikhte toh kam hain numbers, par kahin hidden charges se double na ho jaaye. First-time buyer ke liye yeh sab confusion bahut tough hai.
