What are the real hidden risks with 'Ready to Move' flats in Gurgaon? We're selling our big house, kids have moved out, and I'm looking for something compact with good society management and proximity to a hospital. Heard stories about societies having huge pending maintenance or structural issues after possession. Is it common? Should I be worried about OC or legal issues even with ready properties? Any specific sectors to be extra careful in, or builders known for cutting corners even on finished projects?
