Ready-to-move ke liye premium dena sahi hai kya Rajkot mein?
Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this process is after so many years. Kids have moved out, so we're selling our big house, looking for a smaller 2BHK/3BHK flat in Rajkot. Thinking Kalawad Road ya Mota Mava side, near a good hospital. But yaar, everyone glorifies under-construction projects for 'early bird discounts' but nobody talks about the mental stress. Matlab, saalo lag jaate hain, aur quality ka bhi pata nahi. RERA hai, but delays toh ab bhi hote hain. I'd rather pay a premium for ready-to-move. At least you see what you get. Balaji Group ya Madhav Group ke ready projects better lagte hain for peace of mind. Is it really worth saving a few lakhs for years of uncertainty and potential headaches? Change my mind.

Totally agree with you! Hum bhi same situation mein hain, kids settled out of Rajkot, ab bas ek chhota, peaceful ghar chahiye. Under-construction ka naam sunte hi stress ho jaata hai. Builder ki taraf se dates pe dates, aur phir final product mein compromises. That premium for ready-to-move feels like paying for mental peace, which is priceless. Balaji aur Madhav ke projects maine bhi dekhe hain, kaafi clean lagte hain.
