Total cost of ownership in these luxury Gurugram projects is always a shocker, not just the base price. I'm upgrading from a 2BHK, eyeing Ambience Caitriona (ready) vs Adani Lushlands (ongoing). Caitriona ka maintenance charge bahut high sunne mein aaya hai, is it worth it for the peace of mind of a completed project? Adani mein possession delay ka risk aur hidden PLC ka darr hai. Log bolte hain under-construction mein negotiation better hota hai, but then interior aur registration cost milake toh almost same hi padta hai na? Change my mind.

Bhai, exactly! Ye high maintenance charges ka darr toh mujhe bhi hai Caitriona mein. Ready-to-move ka peace of mind chahiye, par har mahine itna bill bharna padega toh budget hil jayega. Is it really worth it for the amenities they offer?
Same here! Mera ek dost hai, usne Sector 59 mein ek project liya tha, ready-to-move. Starting mein laga theek hai, but ab Rs 25,000+ per month sirf maintenance hai
