Ready to Move Noida: Abhi invest karein ya wait?

Visited a few Ready to Move projects last weekend. Prices seem quite steep, yaar. Last 1.5-2 years mein kaafi jump aaya hai. My ROI calculations aren't looking great at current levels. Is this a new normal, or should I wait for some correction? Kya abhi entry karna worth it hai, ya hold karein?
