Guys, help! Prateek Stylome ready to move hai, which is a big plus for a first-time buyer like me. But Godrej Jardinia ke floor plans looks so much better, modern aur spacious lag rahe hain. Carpet area kitna milega in both projects, any idea? Stylome mein OC mil gaya hai kya pakka? And paying extra for Jardinia's amenities makes sense for a 5-year investment horizon? Bohut confused hoon, which one to go for?
