₹1.8 crore for a 3BHK in Whitefield felt like a lot, but after seeing Prestige and Sobha projects, I'm just confused. Kids ka school admission time hai, so safety aur good neighborhood top priority hai. My wife says ready-to-move hi lena chahiye, no more builder delays like my cousin faced in Electronic City. We saw some KNS Infrastructure flats too, under-construction, but builder ka track record... not sure about the quality issues or delays. Paying 1.2 crore+ for a 3BHK, I don't want surprises. Is it worth paying that extra 15-20% premium for a ready-to-move in Sarjapur Road, ya under-construction mein risk lena chahiye for a better deal? Really need some advice from experienced people, especially with family.

Yaar, totally relate to your confusion! We are also first-time buyers, kids ke school aur safety ka pressure alag se. Whitefield mein 1.8 Cr for RTM sounds high, but then you see the mess with under-construction projects. My friend bought in Akshayanagar, builder ne 2 saal late kar diya, aur finish quality bhi compromise ho gayi. That 15-20% premium for peace of mind in Sarjapur Road sounds tempting, especially if it's a reputed builder. Kya karein samajh nahi aa raha.
Haan bhai, same confusion. Akshayanagar mein toh bahut builders ne rulaya hai logon ko. RTM hi best hai.
