Dekho, ₹7.5 Cr for an under-construction project is a massive gamble, especially with the current market. My cousin booked in another Dasnac project near Ajayabpur, aur unko 3 saal late mila possession. Builder promises toh badi badi karte hain, but delivery mein hamesha piche reh jaate hain.
