My lease ends in 6 months, and buying for myself is tricky. Soulace (completed) vs Casagrand Zaiden (ongoing): Is Soulace's ready premium worth it, or will Zaiden give better 5-year appreciation?

Current market conditions in Bengaluru are quite
Casagrand Zaiden kahan par hai exactly? Aur Casagrand ka track record kaisa hai in Bengaluru?
U9, Zaiden ka RERA abhi check karna padega, but generally under-construction projects mein possession date kaafi fluctuate hoti hai. Casagrand ki website pe 2026 end dikha raha tha last I checked, but always confirm directly with them.
Zaiden ka RERA number hai kya? Aur possession date kya de rahe hain for ongoing?
Casagrand Zaiden is coming up near Aavalahalli, I think. Builder ka reputation mixed hai. Some projects delivered well, kuch mein delays hue hain. Definitely check their past projects in Bengaluru.
I totally get your dilemma. I made a mistake by going for an under-construction project thinking I'd save. Builder delays, RERA issues, quality compromises – it was a nightmare. Ended up paying rent longer than expected. So, ready-to-move ka peace of mind is real, but the premium has to be justified. Check the RERA for Soulace (PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/150223/005723) and see if there are any complaints before deciding.
Bhai, Soulace ka price toh sunke hi BP high ho gaya! ₹3.7 Cr se shuru? For a first-time buyer, it's just too much. Even if it's 'ready,' that premium seems insane. Meri budget toh definitely allow nahi karti.
Haan but, ready-to-move ka faayda bhi toh hai. No construction risk, no rent-EMI double burden. Plus, Soulace seems to be in a good area. Sometimes paying a bit more upfront saves you a lot of headache and money later.
Totally agree! That price is just for the base unit, imagine all the hidden costs – registration, interiors, amenities. It adds up so fast!
Hey everyone, need some serious advice here. My lease is up in 6 months, and I'm torn between Soulace (completed, but possession date 2025-07-01, which is a bit confusing for a 'completed' project, right?) and Casagrand Zaiden (still ongoing). Soulace is like ₹3.7 Cr – ₹5.1 Cr, which feels super premium for a first-time buyer like me. Is that 'ready-to-move' premium really worth it for investment, or will Zaiden give better appreciation in the next 5 years? I'm so confused, don't want to make a wrong move. Any insights?
