Bhai, AIPL Rhythm 2 ka naam sunke hi darr lagta hai. Unka track record thoda shaky hai possession dates ko leke, especially with Phase 1 delays. Ready project ka premium isliye hi hota hai taaki sir dard na ho. Kya aapne RERA check kiya hai uska? Bargainer Homes ka project kahan par hai, location kya hai?
