Did a site visit to Gaurs 6th Avenue last week, aur RG Pleiaddes ka brochure bhi dekha hai. Ready-to-move mein Gaurs 6th Avenue sahi lag raha, but uska actual price per sqft advertised se kitna upar jaata hai? Matlab, hidden charges toh honge hi. Aur RG Pleiaddes toh abhi upcoming hai, construction quality kaisi hogi, pata nahi. Kya under-construction mein risk lena worth it hai? Amenities bhi dikhate hain brochure mein, but Gaurs mein log bolte hain kaafi cheezein kaam nahi karti. Experienced log batao, should I go for ready or wait for upcoming?

Yaar, sahi pakda hai. Gaurs 6th Avenue ka price range toh dikhta hai ₹66 L – ₹1.9 Cr, but jab andar ghusoge na, toh maintenance, club membership, parking, registry, sab add kar ke 20-25% upar chala jaata hai. Ready-to-move mein yehi hidden charges ka darr rehta hai.
