Ready to move projects - carpet area matters!

Fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge! Looking at Jaypee Knights Court vs UCHDL WMCC 2B. Knights Court looks fancier online, but WMCC actually gives you more carpet area for the price. Matlab, less wasted space! Also, Knights Court PLC charges are insane. Someone told me WMCC maintenance is lower too. Anyone else compared these projects? Which one is a better deal practically?

Absolutely! Jaypee ka track record toh sabko pata hai, especially with delays. I'd be very cautious before investing there.
