Okay, I'll be honest — I completely underestimated the total cost of ownership for ready-to-move projects. I'm upgrading from my 2BHK in Greater Noida. Looking at Ansal Freesia Floors and Aambesten Twin Celestial. Both are completed. But after stamp duty, maintenance, is their premium justified? For 5-year appreciation, kaunsa better investment hai? Any real experiences?
