Noida's ready-to-move projects often look great on paper, but daily life is different. County mein interested hoon, first home ke liye. ₹2-3 Cr range mein, is it genuinely livable? Society ka vibe kaisa hai, friendly ya isolated? Aur amenities, sirf dikhane ke liye hain ya actually useful? What's the real daily-life quality for a young couple?

Totally agree. Ready-to-move sounds good but often comes with hidden issues. My friend bought in Alpha II, Greater Noida, same story. Amenities were there but never maintained. For 2-3 Cr, you deserve better than just 'livable'.
Bhai, same experience. My brother's society near Alpha I Greater Noida has pathetic maintenance. Sirf dikhaawa hai.
