Ready-to-move projects often hide the real price.
Gurgaon projects are giving me a real headache lately. I'm looking at Krrish Provence Estate and Ganpati Builder Heights, and honestly, I'm so confused. Krrish is ready-to-move, which is a huge plus for security, but the price point is just massive, like 7 Cr plus. Then there's Ganpati, which I think is still under-construction. My parents keep saying RTM is better to avoid possession risks, but the total cost of ownership for Krrish feels overwhelming already. For Ganpati, I'm worried about hidden charges, PLCs, and how much interiors will actually cost. Also, are the floor plans in newer UC projects generally more efficient, wasting less space than older RTM ones? Not sure which gamble makes more sense for a first-time buyer. Any advice on these two?
