Ready to move vs under construction - a tough choice!
Paras Tierea ka location sahi hai, but Eldeco Ananda is ready to move. I'm confused! Possession risk nahi chahiye, so Ananda seems safer. But Tierea ke flats are slightly bigger, giving better carpet area. What's the real price per sqft in Tierea after adding PLC? Also, how are the maintenance charges in both? Which one has better resale value? Any thoughts, guys?

I've heard Paras Tierea has good potential because of its location near the expressway and the planned infrastructure development. The carpet area difference is significant, and that's a big draw. Ananda toh 2007 ka hai, so interiors might need a full revamp, which adds to the cost. For resale, newer projects usually do better, especially if the location is prime like Tierea's. What about the PLC in Tierea? How much extra are we talking per sqft usually? That can really change the overall cost for budget-conscious buyers.
PLC in Tierea depends on floor and view. Ground floor, park-facing, or higher floors can add 50-100 Rs/sqft easily. Negotiate hard on that, they do offer some flexibility! Aur Tierea ki
Bhai, Tierea vs Ananda is a classic dilemma for first-time buyers like us. Possession risk is real, trust me. Ananda toh ready hai, that's a big plus point for peace of mind.
Ready to move toh theek hai, but Ananda bahut puraana project hai na? 2007 ka possession hai. Maintenance charge bahut high hoga. Is that even a fair comparison with Tierea, which is relatively newer?
