Okay I'll be honest — I'm based in Dubai and can't do site visits. For Greater Noida, I'm stuck between Uttam Steels Ews Aasra and Dream Shyam City. Dream Shyam is ready-to-move, which is tempting. But Uttam Steels ka possession risk kaisa hai? Worried about hidden costs in under-construction, especially not being there. Total cost of ownership mein kitna farak aata hai? Kisi ka experience hai?

Bhai, Dubai se ho toh under-construction mein mat phaso. Mera experience bahut kharab raha hai, especially jab aap physically present na ho. Uttam Steels ka naam suna hai but possession date pe trust karna mushkil hai. Hidden costs toh aayenge hi, agreement mein kuch aur, final mein kuch aur. Builder se direct deal karne mein bhi darr lagta hai, agents ke through bhi commission ka chakkar hota hai. Ready-to-move is always safer, even if it costs a little more upfront. Peace of mind is priceless, trust me.
