Under-construction risk feels too high for me right now. Comparing Landcraft Metrohomes (ongoing) and Chitransh Saartha Enclave (ready). Is paying more for ready-to-move worth it for better 5-year appreciation and clear total cost of ownership? Any experiences?

Bhai, Landcraft Metrohomes ka RERA possession date 2027-07-01 hai. Itna wait kaun karega? Plus, under-construction projects mein hamesha delays hote hain. Mera friend toh phasa hua hai ek project mein Ahinsa Khand II mein, 2 saal late ho gaya hai. Ready-to-move hi best hai, though thoda expensive lagta hai initially.
