Real builder support only begins after booking.
Been looking for 8 months now and it's getting exhausting, yaar. First property hai, toh thoda nervous hoon. I'm checking out projects in New Chandigarh, especially Raheja Winterwoods and Uppal Marble Arch. Both seem decent but I’m really worried about after-sales service. Once booking ho jaati hai, builders phone uthate bhi hain ya nahi? My parents keep saying customer support is key, especially agar construction delays hon. How do these two builders communicate during delays – do they go silent or provide regular updates? Also, bank loan approvals ka kya scene hai? Axis ya HDFC se easily ho jaate hain kya for their projects? Koi experience share karo please about their responsiveness. Ab samajh nahi aa raha kise trust karun for my first big investment.
