Does price negotiation actually work for properties in Gurugram, or is it mostly fixed? I'm finally taking the plunge after years of renting, totally fed up with the EMI vs rent math always favouring buying now. Been looking at 2BHKs, especially around Sector 37C, even checking out Action Constructwell. They give a base price, but how much can you realistically knock off? Is 5-7% even possible? My bigger worry is the all-in cost. Stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking – it piles up. What about hidden charges that only appear at possession? Trying to figure out the true total acquisition cost for an investor, not just the brochure price. Any advice on spotting underpriced assets?
