Real estate guy buying for himself — Sector 122 dilemma

I work in real estate but buying for myself is different! Sector 122 looks promising, but heard mixed reviews on water supply. Anyone facing tanker issues regularly? Also, how's the resale market here? If I need to sell in 3-4 years, easy exit or not? Need your honest opinions!
