Ghaziabad mein KS Builders And Properties ka Swaraj Homes Media Enclave shortlista hai. RERA registration sirf online check karna enough hai kya? Koi red flags hain jo miss ho sakte hain? Builder ka legal track record kaise verify karte hain, especially agar unke old projects mein delays rahe hain? Title verification ke liye kya kya docs confirm karne chahiye before paying anything? Thoda darr lag raha hai.
