My cousin was looking at Amrapali Silicon City too, but when we saw the maintenance charges, we backed off. ₹8500 for a 3BHK is insane, especially given the project's history. It definitely eats into any potential rental yield. I was hoping for something around Alpha I Greater Noida, but even there, maintenance is creeping up.
