Bhai, you're a real estate pro and still feeling this? Imagine us first-timers! Dwarka mein Galaxy Group projects sunke toh ekdum excited ho jaata hoon, but then Sawasdee ka naam sunke thoda darr lagta hai. RERA compliance toh basic hai, uske bina toh haath bhi nahi lagana chahiye. Builder-buyer agreement mein hidden clauses ka bahut dar rehta hai. Is it just me, or does everyone feel this much anxiety?
