Real estate pro, but Sector 1B schools got me thinking

₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Sector 1B feels steep, yaar. I'm in real estate, but buying for myself is different. Schools aur hospitals ka kya scene hai yahan? Quality kaisi hai, especially for kids? Resale market mein exit karna kitna easy hai in 3-5 years? Is it worth it for long-term hold?
