Real estate pro buying, but it's harder for myself
Honestly, I thought being in real estate would make buying my own place easy, but it’s a whole new ball game when it’s your own money. I’m looking at a 2BHK in Noida Extension, budget around ₹70-80L. Mera focus hai future appreciation, especially with Jewar Airport aur Aqua Line Metro extensions coming up. Godrej aur Gaursons ke projects dekh raha hoon near Sector 60. Kuch log keh rahe hain Metro ka impact already prices mein dikh gaya hai, but Jewar ka potential abhi baaki hai, especially for areas further out. Kya lagta hai aapko, is it better to buy something slightly further, closer to the Jewar corridor, for better ROI ya phir Sector 60 mein established area mein le lena chahiye for current convenience? Confused hoon about the real investment window here.
