Real estate pro buying first home – need advice
Visited a few projects on Golf Course Extension Road last weekend. I'm looking at 3BHK options, budget around ₹2.5 Cr. Builders like DLF, Godrej, M3M are on my radar. My main concern is actual delivery time and construction quality. I know builders often miss deadlines, but who's generally better for on-time possession? Is Emaar or Sobha more reliable? Aur customer support post-booking kaisa rehta hai, especially agar kuch issues aate hain? I've seen some Godrej projects with minor finishing issues after handover. Kya kisi ka recent experience hai with these builders regarding quality and timelines, especially in New Gurugram? I work in real estate but buying for myself is different, want honest opinions.

Yaar, exactly my thoughts! Yeh delivery time ka tension sabse zyada hai. 2.5 Cr is a huge amount, can't afford any delays. Main bhi Godrej aur DLF dekh raha hu, but unke reviews mixed hain. Aapko kya lagta hai, is budget mein GCER pe koi solid option hai jo time pe deliver karega?
