Daniya Azad Residency – I'm looking at this one for my own family. Work-wise, I know the market, but personal buying is different. I'm struggling to get real feedback post-possession. Jo log shift ho gaye hain, unka experience kaisa raha hai? Builder ne jo promised kiya tha, woh sab mila ya kuch issues aaye? Especially about the project delivery quality and any hidden surprises. Maintenance charges ka bhi idea chahiye. Society ka vibe kaisa hai? Friendly ya isolated feel hota hai?

Dekho, har project mein kuch na kuch issues hote hi hain. Daniya Azad Residency ka location strong point hai. 50 units hain toh society size manageable hai. But quality issues jo U3 aur U6 ne bataye, woh serious hain. Maintenance charges ka bhi clear idea lena. Society ka vibe kaisa hai, yeh jaan'na sabse important hai. Kya log friendly hain, ya sab apne mein rehte hain?

New projects mein pricing aggressive hai, so Daniya Azad mein agar aapko 2.6-3.4 Cr ke range mein mil raha hai, toh negotiate hard. Current market conditions mein buyers ke paas leverage hai. Alpha I Greater Noida mein bhi kuch similar options hain, maybe newer construction.

Bhai, Daniya Azad Residency ke builder ka track record kuch khaas nahi hai. Mere friend ne nearby Alpha II mein ek property li thi inki, aur possession ke baad itne issues aaye hain ki mat poocho. Quality of construction was terrible, walls mein cracks, plumbing issues. Builder ne RERA rules bhi follow nahi kiye the properly. Bohot struggle karna pada unko. Aap dhyan se check karna sab, especially common areas ki quality.
Haan bhai, possession date 2017-12-01 thi, toh on paper toh time pe diya bolenge. Lekin uske baad ke issues toh bahut the. RERA mein complain kiya tha, but process lamba chalta hai. Quality issues still remain for many.

Totally agree with you! Mera ek relative bhi is builder ke dusre project mein phas gaya tha. Finishing work bahut poor tha aur promised amenities bhi late deliver hue. Daniya Azad mein bhi similar complaints suni hain.
Location wise toh accha lagta hai. But maintenance charges ka kya scene hai wahan? Suna hai kaafi high hote hain aise projects mein.
