Did a site visit to Imperialstone's Sector 89 project. Builder ka quoted price seems high, and they're not budging much. I know hidden costs like PLC, OC will add up. Kitna negotiation possible hai for real in Gurgaon?

Totally feel you, OP! I also checked out a project near Airport Road a few weeks back, and the prices were just insane. Builder ke log toh sunte hi nahi. What's the real ground reality for negotiation in Gurgaon these days? Is it just a formality or can we actually get a good deal?
