Budget finalised, loan pre-approved, now stuck on which sector. I work in real estate so I see all the marketing spin daily, but buying my own 3BHK in Bangalore is a whole different ballgame. My budget's ₹80L–1.5Cr, and I'm really looking at the RERA Approved Projects corridor. I know about all the super area vs carpet area games, but I need some honest, off-the-record opinions from actual buyers. Are there any projects in this area that truly offer good value for a 3BHK, or should I be wary of specific builders here? I'm trying to cut through the noise, you know. What about actual possession timelines or post-handover issues? Any advice would be super helpful.
