Real estate pro's dilemma: Gurugram home hunt
3 builders, 5 site visits, 2 months — still no decision. Yaar, I work in real estate, but khud ke liye buying is a whole different game. I’m seriously looking at DLF, M3M, aur Godrej projects, especially around Golf Course Extension Road ya Dwarka Expressway for a 3BHK, budget ₹2.5-3 Cr. My main concern is on-time delivery. Builders ka track record ko leke I’m super skeptical. Kya sach mein they deliver on time? Or is it all just marketing? Also, construction quality ka kya scene hai? I've seen so many projects from other big names with plaster cracks and seepage issues just 2-3 years post-possession. M3M ke kuch projects mein suna hai finishing issues hain after handover. Has anyone had recent possession with these builders? Kaisa experience raha with actual build quality and timelines?

Bhai, this is too real! I'm also a first-time buyer, and I feel your pain. DLF, M3M, Godrej... sab ke projects mein kuch na kuch issue toh suna hi hai. Mereko toh lagta hai on-time delivery toh bas sapna hai. Kya sach mein koi builder time pe deta hai possession?
Nahin yaar, time pe toh mushkil hai. Expect delays with almost everyone in Gurugram.
