Real price corrections in Chandigarh — where to find them?

₹90 lakh for a 3BHK in Sector 49, but agent says prices might adjust. I work in RE, but buying for myself is different, yaar. Everyone's pushing New Chandigarh, Aerocity. But are older areas like Sector 24C seeing any actual price correction? Kahan pe real value mil sakti hai, without the hype? Or is the market just stable now?
