Real price negotiation in Bangalore: Anyone actually get a big cut?

Bangalore builders barely budge on price, that 'negotiation' is just for hidden costs. K R Puram mein Keya Homes dekha, fixed rate. Real discount milta hai kya, ya sab possession pe extra charges mein chala jaata hai? Change my mind.

Totally relate yaar! I checked out a project in Marathahalli recently, builder was so rigid. They just added some 'amenity charges' at the end to make it look like a discount. It's so frustrating for first-time buyers like us. Feels like a trap.

Sahi keh rahe ho. But I heard some people actually get good deals, especially if it's a ready-to-move property or if the project is stuck for a while? Is that just a myth?
