Real ROI expectations from Mohali's upcoming premium projects
Under-construction projects in Mohali are a huge gamble these days, especially with the current market. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 70 and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or villa, eyeing Faith Ireo Savannah. The ₹1.60 Cr–₹2.37 Cr price tag seems quite premium for an upcoming project. Already have a home loan, so this jump needs to make sense financially. Honestly, Ireo ka track record Mohali mein thoda shaky lagta hai. I'm worried about the under-construction risk and timely delivery. Is the capital appreciation really worth the wait here? What's the realistic rental yield for a 3BHK there, after possession? Long-term ROI kya expect kar sakte hain? Aur resale market kitni liquid hai for such a premium property after 5-7 years? Koi insights hain?
