Real school-hospital situation in Noida Extension's Sector 163

Since last Diwali, I've been seriously hunting for a 3BHK in Noida Extension, especially around Sector 163. My wife is quite particular about good schools for the kids, and reliable hospitals nearby are a must for peace of mind. Sector 163 mein kuch projects dekhe hain, like Gaursons or ATS, but school options ka clarity nahi mil raha. Are there any decent schools already operational or opening soon within a 5-7km radius? And medical facilities ka kya scene hai? Emergency mein kitni der lagti hai hospital pahunchne mein? I heard about Jewar Airport and FNG Expressway's development, but daily life needs are more important for us. Kya yahan rehna practical hoga family ke liye? Any parents living there can share their experience?
