Is it worth the extra cost compared to something like Nitya Azaad Residency, which is cheaper upfront? Plus, Nitya Azaad is ready to move, so no possession risk. I'm looking at it from an investment angle. Which one has better rental potential, considering the location? Also, builder ka track record kya hai for timely delivery?
