Realizing current prices on Golf Course Extension

Did a site visit to a few projects on Golf Course Extension Road, like M3M and Godrej. Honestly, I'm realizing how much prices have jumped for 2BHKs. My kids have moved out, so we're selling our big house for a compact, low-maintenance flat. It seems the market's really hot. I'm wondering if it's already peaked for someone like us, or if there's still good appreciation potential. Should we wait, or is now the time to jump in for a long-term hold in Gurgaon?
