Realtech County delays: RERA help for frustrated buyers?
2.5 saal ho gaye Realtech County mein 3BHK book kiye hue, aur abhi tak possession ka koi fix date nahi hai. ₹1.5 crore laga diye hain, mere kids ka school admission bhi paas ke Sector 150 mein chahiye tha. Builder-buyer agreement mein delay penalty ka clause itna weak hai, lagta hai sirf builder ko favour karta hai. Kya RERA mein kuch strong legal options hain jab builder itna late karta hai? Earlier I thought RERA registration check is enough, but ab lag raha hai aur bhi kuch legal red flags hote hain jo dekhne chahiye. Kaise pata chale ki builder ka track record sahi hai, ya agar unpe pehle bhi RERA complaints hain? Yaar, yeh sab dekh ke bohot tension ho rahi hai.
