Realty Vision Infrazone: On-time delivery?

Realty Vision Infrazone's 4th Avenue project... anyone have experience with their delivery timelines? I've heard mixed reviews. Also, what about hidden charges at possession? PLC and EDC, sab sahi hai kya? Mujhey advice chahiye. Thinking of investing, but thoda dar lag raha hai yaar. What do you think?
